1. About Online Life Control

Online Life Control is a centralized social media marketing control panel that allows users to manage posts, comments, analytics, scheduling, engagement, campaign activity, and social media workflow across multiple platforms from one dashboard.

Our policies are designed to protect our users, our platform, our team, our partners, and the integrity of the digital marketing services we provide. Online Life Control is committed to protecting user data, maintaining platform security, respecting connected social media accounts, preventing abuse and unauthorized access, supporting responsible marketing practices, providing transparent service terms, maintaining professional customer support, ensuring accessibility and usability, and building trust through responsible technology.

2. Agreement to Terms

By using Online Life Control, you agree to use the platform lawfully, responsibly, and in compliance with all applicable laws, third-party platform rules, and Online Life Control policies.

You are responsible for the content you create, schedule, publish, comment on, upload, approve, or distribute through the platform.

Online Life Control provides tools for social media management. We do not guarantee specific marketing results, follower growth, sales, engagement, reach, revenue, or platform approval.

3. User Responsibilities

Users must:

  • Use accurate account information.
  • Keep login credentials secure.
  • Only connect social media accounts they own or are authorized to manage.
  • Follow the rules of each connected social media platform.
  • Avoid spam, scams, harassment, hate speech, impersonation, illegal promotions, or deceptive marketing.
  • Review scheduled content before publishing.
  • Maintain responsibility for all content posted through their account.
  • Notify Online Life Control of suspected unauthorized access (support@onlinelifecontrol.com).

4. Prohibited Use

Users may not use Online Life Control to:

  • Post illegal content.
  • Send spam or mass unsolicited messages.
  • Impersonate another person, brand, company, or public figure.
  • Manipulate engagement through fake activity.
  • Promote fraud, scams, malware, phishing, or deceptive links.
  • Harass, threaten, defame, or exploit others.
  • Violate intellectual property rights.
  • Attempt to bypass platform security.
  • Scrape, reverse engineer, or attack the system.
  • Use automation in violation of social platform rules.

5. Acceptable Use

Users may not:

  • Hack, scan, attack, or disrupt the platform.
  • Upload malware or harmful code.
  • Use the platform for spam or violations of law.
  • Abuse APIs or overload servers.
  • Sell unauthorized access or use stolen credentials.
  • Create fake accounts to bypass suspension.
  • Exploit platform bugs or misuse customer data.
  • Use the platform for illegal surveillance.

Enforcement

Violations may result in:

  • Warning.
  • Feature restriction.
  • Account suspension.
  • Account termination.
  • Legal action.
  • Reporting to authorities where required.

6. Account Access & Authorization

Users may only connect social media accounts, business pages, ad accounts, groups, communities, or profiles they are authorized to control.

Online Life Control is not responsible for disputes between business owners, employees, contractors, agencies, clients, partners, or former team members regarding account ownership.

Ownership disputes

If account ownership is disputed, we may:

  • Temporarily restrict disputed access if needed.
  • Request documentation from the account holder.
  • Review connected account permissions.
  • Remove unauthorized users when verified.
  • Document the dispute.
  • Refer unresolved ownership conflicts to the parties involved.

7. Social Media Platform Compliance

Users must comply with the terms, API rules, content standards, automation limits, advertising policies, and community guidelines of all connected social media platforms.

Online Life Control may limit features if required by a platform's API, policy changes, access restrictions, or technical limitations.

When a platform changes access rules, we may review the change, update affected features, notify impacted users if necessary, modify documentation, adjust user workflows, and maintain compliance.

8. Content Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for all content created, uploaded, scheduled, approved, posted, or published through Online Life Control.

Online Life Control provides management tools but does not act as the author, publisher, editor, or legal reviewer of user content.

Users must ensure content is

  • Accurate.
  • Lawful.
  • Non-defamatory.
  • Non-infringing.
  • Compliant with advertising rules.
  • Compliant with platform rules.
  • Respectful of privacy rights.
  • Properly approved before publishing.

Reported content

If content is reported, we may:

  • Review the report.
  • Determine whether the content violates Online Life Control policy.
  • Restrict or remove content where appropriate.
  • Notify the account owner if needed.
  • Document the action taken.

9. Scheduling & Publishing

Online Life Control allows users to schedule content for future publishing. Users are responsible for reviewing dates, times, platforms, captions, media, links, hashtags, tags, and approvals before content is published.

Online Life Control is not responsible for missed posts caused by third-party platform outages, API limitations, expired user permissions, user account restrictions, incorrect scheduling information, internet or hosting interruptions, platform rule changes, or user error.

When a scheduled post fails

  • Log the failure.
  • Display the error to the user.
  • Identify the likely cause.
  • Allow the user to retry or reschedule when possible.
  • Provide support if needed.

10. Comment & Engagement Management

Users may manage comments, replies, and engagement through Online Life Control where supported by connected platforms.

Users are responsible for the tone, accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all replies and engagement actions.

Prohibited engagement

Users may not use Online Life Control to:

  • Harass others.
  • Mass-comment spam.
  • Manipulate engagement.
  • Send deceptive replies.
  • Threaten users.
  • Promote scams.
  • Use bots in violation of platform rules.

If abusive engagement is detected

  • Flag account activity.
  • Review for policy violation.
  • Warn, restrict, or suspend user access.
  • Document action taken.

11. Analytics

Online Life Control provides analytics based on available data from connected platforms. Analytics may include reach, views, comments, shares, likes, engagement rates, post performance, audience activity, and other metrics.

Analytics are provided for informational and strategic purposes only. Online Life Control does not guarantee accuracy when data depends on third-party platform availability, API limits, reporting delays, or platform calculation methods.

If analytics appear incorrect

  • Check connected platform status.
  • Refresh account permissions.
  • Review API limitations.
  • Compare available platform data.
  • Notify user if issue is platform-related.
  • Escalate technical bugs internally.

12. AI-Assisted Content

AI-assisted tools may help users draft captions, campaign ideas, hashtags, summaries, replies, or content recommendations. Users remain responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and publishing all AI-assisted content.

AI-generated content may contain errors, outdated information, biased language, or inaccurate claims.

Users must not use AI tools to

  • Create deceptive content.
  • Impersonate real people.
  • Generate fake reviews.
  • Create false endorsements.
  • Produce illegal content.
  • Mislead consumers.
  • Violate advertising rules.
  • Harass or defame others.

Before publishing AI-assisted content, users should

  • Review for accuracy.
  • Confirm facts.
  • Remove false claims.
  • Edit for brand voice.
  • Check legal and compliance issues.
  • Confirm platform suitability.

13. Automation & Responsible Technology

Online Life Control may use automation to support scheduling, analytics, workflow, recommendations, or content assistance. Automation must not be used to deceive users, bypass platform rules, manipulate engagement, or create fake activity.

Before releasing automated features, we review platform rules, test for abuse risk, add user controls and safety limits, create audit logs, and document system behavior.

14. Advertising & Marketing Claims

Users must ensure all marketing claims made through Online Life Control are truthful, supportable, and not misleading.

Claims about pricing, health, income, performance, product results, discounts, guarantees, testimonials, reviews, or endorsements must be accurate and properly disclosed.

Deceptive marketing reports

15. Intellectual Property

Users may only upload or publish content they own, created, licensed, or are legally authorized to use.

Copyright complaints

Submit complaints to support@onlinelifecontrol.com with identification of the work, the material on our platform, your contact information, and a good-faith statement that you are authorized to act.

16. Anti-Spam Policy

Users may not use Online Life Control to post repetitive, unwanted, deceptive, or mass-distributed content in violation of platform rules or anti-spam laws.

Spam includes

  • Deceptive promotions.
  • Mass unsolicited outreach.

If spam is detected

17. Team Member Access

Account owners may invite team members and assign permissions. Permission levels may include Owner, Admin, Manager, Content Creator, Approver, Analyst, and Client Viewer.

When adding a team member

  • Confirm email.
  • Assign permission level.
  • Limit access to needed tools.
  • Require secure login.
  • Allow owner to revoke access anytime.

18. API & Integrations

Online Life Control uses APIs responsibly and in compliance with each provider's rules.

Users must understand that API access may change, pause, break, or become limited due to third-party platform decisions.

For API changes, we monitor provider updates, test affected features, update code, communicate user impact, modify workflows, and document changes.

19. Subscription, Billing & Refunds

Users are responsible for all subscription fees, usage fees, add-ons, taxes, and charges associated with their account.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

Refunds may be issued at Online Life Control's discretion unless required by law.

Refunds may not be available for

  • Used subscription periods.
  • Partial months.
  • User error.
  • Failure to cancel before renewal.

  • Account suspensions due to violations.

Billing support procedure

20. Account Suspension & Termination

Online Life Control may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, payment failure, fraud, security risk, abuse, illegal activity, platform misuse, repeated support abuse, or violation of third-party platform rules.

New users should:

Support may include account help, billing questions, technical issues, platform connection issues, scheduling problems, analytics questions, and feature guidance.
